Sotheby's leiloará 'primeiro NFT já cunhado'
O leilão contará com um NFT de Kevin McCoy cunhado em maio de 2014.
A Sotheby’s, fundada em 1744 em Londres, está lançando seu segundo leilão de tokens não fungíveis (NFT).

- Em um anúncio feito na quinta-feira, a Sotheby’s disseo leilão com curadoriade 3 a 10 de junho apresentará “o primeiro NFT já cunhado” – “Quantum” de Kevin McCoy.
- “Universalmente considerado o primeiro NFT já criado, Quantum tem o registro de data e hora 05-03-2014 09:27:34”, escreveu a Sotheby’s em seu anúncio.
- Alguns consideram o Bitcoin baseado em “Moedas Coloridas” como o primeiro NFT.
- As outras duas obras no leilão da Sotheby's são um RARE CryptoPunk de 2017 e “The Shell Record” de Anna Ridler de 2021.
- Os lances começarão em US$ 100 e uma parte dos fundos arrecadados com a venda irá para a Sevens Foundation, uma organização sem fins lucrativos que apoia artistas digitais.
