L'ex avvocato della CFTC Ryne Miller entra a far parte di FTX.US come consulente generale
Miller ha lavorato come consulente legale per il presidente della SEC Gary Gensler, quando Gensler era alla CFTC.
L'ex avvocato Ryne Miller della Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) statunitense è entrato a far parte di FTX.US, la filiale statunitense dell'exchange Cripto FTX, in qualità di consulente generale.
- FTX.US ha affermato che l'obiettivo principale di Miller sarà "garantire che FTX.US rimanga reattiva e conforme alle nuove politiche normative statunitensi e globali".
- Durante il suo periodo alla CFTC, Miller ha ricoperto il ruolo di consulente legale del presidente Gary Gensler, che ora presiede la Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- "Collaboreremo con le autorità di regolamentazione statunitensi per portare i Mercati regolamentati delle risorse digitali ai clienti statunitensi", ha affermato Miller in una nota.
- Poco prima di entrare a far parte della borsa, Miller ha lavorato presso lo studio legale Sullivan and Cromwell LLP, dove è stato socio e co-responsabile della divisione Commodities, Futures and Derivatives.
- Il CEO di FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, ha dichiarato di recente a CoinDesk TV che la società con sede a Hong Kong prevede di espandersi negli Stati Uniti e che molti degli ostacoli a tale obiettivo sono di natura normativa.
