Gryphon Digital Mining sarà quotata in borsa al Nasdaq tramite fusione con Sphere 3D

- Secondo i termini dell'accordo, Spheredisseemetterà 111 milioni di azioni agli azionisti di Gryphon, che controlleranno il 77% della società combinata. I possessori di Sphere deterranno il restante 23%.
- Nelle contrattazioni recenti, le azioni di Sphere sono scese del 6,32% a $ 1,66 l'una. In base al prezzo attuale, la fusione è valutata $ 184,3 milioni.
