Gryphon Digital Mining va être cotée au Nasdaq grâce à sa fusion avec Sphere 3D

- Selon les termes de l'accord, SphereditElle émettra 111 millions d'actions aux actionnaires de Gryphon, qui contrôleront 77 % de la société fusionnée. Les actionnaires de Sphere détiendront les 23 % restants.
- Lors des dernières transactions, l'action Sphere a chuté de 6,32 % à 1,66 $ l'unité. Au cours actuel, la fusion est valorisée à 184,3 millions de dollars.
- Le PDG de Gryphon, Rob Chang, qui était auparavant directeur financier du mineur de Bitcoin Riot Blockchain, sera le PDG de la société fusionnée, qui prendra le nom de Gryphon.
- La clôture de l'accord, qui nécessite l'approbation des actionnaires et des autorités réglementaires, est prévue pour le troisième trimestre.
