Tether nomme Philip Gradwell, économiste en chef de Chainalysis , au poste de directeur économique.

Tether a embauché l'économiste en chef de la société d'analyse de blockchain Chainalysis, Philip Gradwell, pour occuper un poste similaire chez le géant du stablecoin, où il sera chargé de quantifier l'économie Tether auprès des régulateurs, a déclaré la société lundi.
Gradwell a passé plus de six ans en tant qu'économiste en chef chez Chainanalysis et occupera le poste de responsable économique chez Tether.

Tether, qui imite le dollar américain avec le jeton USDT basé sur la blockchain, est de loin le plus grand stablecoin en circulation, avec plus de 112 milliards de dollarscapitalisation boursière.
« Mon objectif chez Tether est de déplacer cette conversation vers la compréhension de la manière dont les actifs numériques sont utilisés dans l'économie réelle et de la manière dont USDT soutient l'hégémonie du dollar », a déclaré Gradwell dans un communiqué.
