About Crypto Bullion
Bullion (CRYPTOBULLION) was developed by a decentralised team led by founder and developer Chris "Elambert." Other key contributors included:
Chris “Elambert” – Founder, developer, and concept creator. He was involved in cryptocurrencies since 2011 and designed Bullion to serve as a digital complement to precious metals.
Ben “VonSpass” – Marketing Director, responsible for increasing awareness and adoption of CRYPTOBULLION.
Alexandre “Alex4J” – Senior coder and developer, with a background in cryptography and blockchain technology.
“Malafaya” – Senior coder and regional developer for Portugal, Brazil, and Portuguese-speaking countries.
Nick “Nicjobi” – Social media strategist, managing CRYPTOBULLION's online presence and community engagement.
The development team focused on creating a secure and efficient staking-based cryptocurrency. However, with the project now seemingly inactive, the team's involvement has likely ended.
Proof-of-Stake-Participation (PoSP): An energy-efficient staking mechanism rewarding active participants.
Low Supply: Approximately 1 million CRYPTOBULLION in circulation.
Fixed Inflation Rate: A 2% annual inflation rate, with staking rewards distributed accordingly.
High Security: PoSP was designed to provide maximum security through staking consensus.
Fast Transactions: 65-second block times.
Cross-Platform Support: CRYPTOBULLION was available on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android.
As of February 2024, Bullion (CRYPTOBULLION) appears to be inactive. The official website is offline, and the domain is listed for sale. Previous exchange listings included platforms such as Coinbook, Crex24, and Nova Exchange, though these may no longer support CRYPTOBULLION. The lack of recent development updates suggests that the project has been abandoned.
Although 'CBX' was the ticker assigned at the deployment of the Crypto Bullion token's smart contract, it is in use by another asset that has a larger market presence and higher trading volume on major exchanges. Due to this association and to avoid confusion in the marketplace, the alternative ticker 'CRYPTOBULLION' has been adopted for this token. This designation is specifically used to ensure that assets are distinctly identified.
