KuCoin Labs lança fundo de US$ 100 milhões para projetos de metaverso
O fundo KuCoin Metaverse investirá em projetos de jogos e NFT.
A KuCoin Labs, empresa de investimento e pesquisa derivada da exchange de Cripto KuCoin, lançou um fundo de US$ 100 milhões para investir em projetos do metaverso.
- O fundo KuCoin Metaverse será usado para investir em GameFi, token não fungível (NFT) e projetos de infraestrutura descentralizados.
- O metaversoé um espaço gerado pela convergência de mundos virtuais, realidade aumentada e serviços de internet. Ao oferecer uma experiência virtual coletiva, introduziu novas oportunidades para criadores, jogadores e artistas.
- Recentemente, o Facebook mudou seu nome para Meta e anunciou que seu metaverso iráapoiarNFTs.
- A KuCoin disse que o fundo também será usado para apoiar programas educacionais sobre o metaverso, ajudando a geração mais jovem a explorar seu potencial.
- “Como o próximo capítulo da internet, o metaverso está pronto para mudar a maneira como trabalhamos, nos conectamos, compramos, nos divertimos e temos interações sociais. O ‘KuCoin Metaverse Fund’ será lançado para acelerar a evolução da indústria da Internet”, disse o CEO da KuCoin, Johnny Lyu, em uma declaração.
