Kelp DAO Restaked ETH (RSETH) is a Liquid Restaked Token that provides liquidity to staked Ethereum assets, enabling users to participate in DeFi activities without forfeiting staking rewards.
Kelp DAO Restaked ETH (RSETH) is a Liquid Restaked Token (LRT) developed by Kelp DAO, designed to provide liquidity for assets deposited into restaking platforms like EigenLayer. It enables users to restake their Ethereum or Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs), such as stETH, sfrxETH, and ETHx, while maintaining liquidity through the issuance of RSETH tokens. This approach allows users to earn additional rewards without sacrificing the flexibility of their assets.
RSETH serves multiple purposes within the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem:
Liquidity Provision: RSETH provides liquidity to staked assets, allowing users to access and utilize their funds without waiting for unbonding periods.
DeFi Participation: Holders can use RSETH in various DeFi protocols for lending, borrowing, or providing liquidity, thereby maximizing the utility of their staked assets.
Earning Rewards: By holding RSETH, users continue to earn staking rewards, as its value appreciates relative to ETH over time.
