Union Square Ventures assegnerà il 30% del nuovo fondo da 250 milioni di dollari agli investimenti correlati alle criptovalute

Union Square Ventures ha affermato che investirà circa il 30% del suo nuovo CORE Fund 2021 da 250 milioni di dollari in investimenti legati alle criptovalute, come ha fatto con altri fondi recenti.

- La società di capitale di rischio, nota per le scommesse su Twitter, Tumblr e Coinbase, ha affermato in un post sul blog scritto dal socio amministratore Andy Weissman che gli investimenti pianificati in ambito criptovalute "includeranno la detenzione diretta di token e azioni in progetti in fase iniziale legati alla blockchain".
- "Riteniamo che l'opportunità di decentralizzare i sistemi sia ancora nelle fasi iniziali, con un'adozione favorevole e molte nuove attività interessanti", ha scritto Weissman.
- L'USV ha affermato di essere interessata anche a iniziative che cercano nuovi modi per ampliare l'accesso all'apprendimento e all'assistenza sanitaria.
