La société australienne de minage de Crypto Mawson Infrastructure a acheté 17 352 ASIC Bitcoinmineurs du fabricant chinois Canaan Creative, coté au Nasdaq, a annoncé la société jeudi.
- Mawson Infrastructure a déclaré que l'acquisition de ces nouveaux mineurs ajouterait plus de 1,5 EH à ses opérations existantes. Mawson a désormais acquis plus de 3 EH de matériel de minage de Bitcoin ASIC.
- La société minière, basée à Sydney, a des opérations aux États-Unis et en Australie.
- Mawson a acheté 17 352 mineurs de Bitcoin Avalon A1166 et A1246 de dernière génération, qu'elle prévoit de déployer dans l'installation phare de Mawson dans l'État américain de Géorgie et sur son site australien du quatrième trimestre 2021 à 2022.
- « Nous réitérons à nouveau notre objectif de fin d'année 2021 de 2 000 PH et notre objectif de fin d'année 2022 de 5 000 PH, et nous sommes impatients d'informer davantage les actionnaires sur les achats de matériel en temps voulu », a déclaré James Manning, PDG de Mawson Infrastructure, dans un communiqué.
- En juillet, l’entreprise a déclaré avoirpris livraison de250 machines Bitmain Antminer S19 Pro de Canaan, et j'attendais 570 unités Avalon A1246 supplémentaires d'ici la fin du mois.
