Certus ONE, une startup de jalonnement basée à Berlin, rachetée par Jump Trading
L'équipe Certus ONE fusionnera avec l'équipe de 900 employés de Jump Trading composée d'ingénieurs, de quants et de traders.
La société d'ingénierie blockchain Certus ONE a été acquise par la société de trading quantitatif Jump Trading, basée à Chicago, pour un montant non divulgué, ont annoncé les sociétés mardi.

- Suite à l'acquisition, Hendrik Hofstadt, PDG et cofondateur de Certus One, a été nommé directeur des projets spéciaux au sein du groupe d'actifs numériques de Jump Trading Group.
- L'équipe de Certus ONE rejoindra l'équipe de 900 employés de Jump Trading composée d'ingénieurs, de quants et de traders.
