La bourse de Crypto monnaie Bakkt se rapproche de la fusion avec Victory Park SPAC : Bloomberg
Un accord pourrait être annoncé dès la semaine prochaine, selon le rapport.
L'échange de Cryptomonnaie Bakkt, détenu majoritairement par Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), est en pourparlers avancés pour devenir public via une fusion avec une société d'acquisition à vocation spéciale (SPAC), Bloomberg signalé, citant des personnes connaissant le sujet.

- L'accord, s'il est conclu, valoriserait l'entreprise fusionnée à plus de 2 milliards de dollars, selon le rapport. Un accord pourrait être annoncé dès la semaine prochaine.
