La société australienne d'extraction de Bitcoin Iris Energy a déposé une demande d'introduction en bourse (IPO) auprès de la Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) des États-Unis pour lever jusqu'à 100 millions de dollars.
- La société basée à Sydney a annoncé lundi son intention de coter ses actions ordinaires au Nasdaq sous le symbole « IREN ».
- Les actions devraient commencer à être négociées plus tard cette année.
- J.P. Morgan, Canaccord Genuity, Citigroup, Macquarie Capital et Cowen sont les teneurs de livres associés de l'opération.
- Les conditions de tarification restent non divulguées.
- En juillet, Bloomberg a rapporté qu'Iris Energy cherchait àaugmenter 200 millions de dollars dans un nouveau tour de financement avant de chercher une cotation directe au Nasdaq.
