Phoenix Global (PHB) is a blockchain platform created through the merger of Red Pulse Phoenix (PHX) and APEX Network (CPX) in 2020. It integrates decentralised applications, AI, and blockchain solutions, focusing on Web 3 technologies for scalable and practical enterprise use cases. In 2021, Phoenix Global migrated fully to Binance Smart Chain (BSC), consolidating PHB V1 (BEP-2 and BEP-20) and PHX (NEP-5) tokens into PHB V2, with a 100:1 redenomination reducing the supply to 35 million tokens. PHB powers AI platforms like SkyNet and AlphaNet, supports staking on Phoenix Staker and Horizon Protocol, and plans to introduce Computation Credits (CCD) to incentivise participants. Led by Jonathan Ha and Jimmy Hu, Phoenix Global combines blockchain and AI to deliver innovative solutions for enterprises and developers, positioning itself as a leader in DeFi and decentralised technology integration.

Phoenix Global (PHB) is a blockchain platform formed through the merger of Red Pulse Phoenix (PHX) and APEX Network (CPX) in 2020. This unification combined the two ecosystems’ token economies, infrastructures, and project teams, creating a unified platform that integrates decentralised applications, AI, and blockchain solutions. Phoenix Global focuses on bridging gaps between Web 3 technologies and enterprise applications, enabling scalable, efficient, and practical use cases.

Following the merger, Phoenix Global migrated entirely to Binance Smart Chain (BSC) in 2021, transitioning its token from PHB V1 (available as BEP-2 and BEP-20) and PHX (NEP-5) to PHB V2, consolidating all legacy tokens. This redenomination reduced the token supply by a factor of 100, decreasing it from approximately 3.5 billion to 35 million, while maintaining the token’s market capitalisation. The migration enhanced transaction speed, lowered costs, and expanded the platform’s accessibility.

Phoenix Global powers a decentralised ecosystem with applications such as the SkyNet Compute Layer and AlphaNet platform. These platforms leverage artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to provide innovative solutions, such as decentralised compute resources and AI-driven trading insights. PHB supports staking mechanisms and DeFi integration, allowing participants to earn rewards while contributing to the network's growth.

The project prioritises enterprise and developer-focused solutions, with plans to introduce Computation Credits (CCD) to incentivise participation and extend the token economy. This approach positions Phoenix Global as a leader in combining blockchain infrastructure with AI and decentralised finance (DeFi).

PHB serves multiple functions within the Phoenix Global ecosystem:

  1. Staking and Rewards: PHB is used in hybrid staking platforms like Phoenix Staker and Horizon Protocol, allowing holders to earn rewards for participating in the ecosystem.

  2. AI and Web 3 Applications: The token powers Phoenix's decentralised AI and Web 3 applications, such as the SkyNet Compute Layer and AlphaNet platform, which provide AI-driven trading insights and compute capabilities.

  3. Ecosystem Growth Incentives: The platform plans to introduce Computation Credits (CCD), which are tied to PHB and incentivise ecosystem participants.

  4. Token Economy Integration: PHB is central to the unified token economy of Phoenix Global, bridging functionalities from the former Red Pulse Phoenix and APEX Network projects.

  5. Community Support and Development: The token supports the platform’s ongoing development and user engagement, leveraging its decentralised infrastructure to deliver real-world applications.

Phoenix Global (PHB) was created through the combined efforts of the Red Pulse Phoenix and APEX Network teams. The project is led by notable figures, including Jonathan Ha, the founder of Red Pulse, and Jimmy Hu, a leader from APEX Network. Together, the unified team aims to deliver practical blockchain solutions, integrating AI and decentralised applications.

The project builds on the foundations of both parent projects, leveraging years of development and innovation. This collaborative effort focuses on bridging the gaps between Web 3 technologies, AI, and real-world use cases for enterprises and developers.

  1. Merger of PHX and CPX: In 2020, Red Pulse Phoenix (PHX) and APEX Network (CPX) merged, forming Phoenix Global. As part of this merger, CPX token holders received 2.5 PHX for each CPX, which could be swapped to PHB.

  2. Migration to Binance Smart Chain (BSC): In 2021, the project fully transitioned from NEO to BSC, improving scalability and accessibility.

  3. Token Redenomination: PHB V1 and PHX tokens were redenominated at a 100:1 ratio to PHB V2. This process reduced the total supply to ~35 million tokens and aligned the token for future use cases.

  4. New Token Ecosystem: PHB V2 now operates as the sole token within the Phoenix Global ecosystem, consolidating the functionalities of the former tokens.

Staking Features: PHB staking allows users to participate in decentralised finance (DeFi) opportunities while earning rewards through platforms like Phoenix Staker and Horizon Protocol.

Decentralised Applications: Phoenix Global focuses on integrating AI with blockchain through platforms such as SkyNet and AlphaNet, which provide enhanced trading and compute capabilities.

Token Swap Accessibility: The swap mechanism for PHB V1 to PHB V2 remains available indefinitely, ensuring users can transition seamlessly.

Future Developments: Phoenix Global aims to expand its ecosystem through new DeFi innovations and enterprise-focused blockchain solutions.
