- Ayon sa Binance post sa blog Miyerkules, ang legal na hindi nagbubuklod na kasunduan ay nagpapahiwatig na ang dalawang kumpanya ay naglalayon na bumuo ng isang strategic security token offering (STO).
- Singapore-headquartered firm CapBridge ay itinatag noong 2015. Ito ay kinokontrol ng Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) at sinusuportahan ng Singapore Exchange.
