Singapore Exchange, Temasek Inilunsad ang Digital Asset Business para sa Capital Markets
Ang bagong venture ay naglalayong makipagsosyo sa fixed income issuance platform para sa kanilang post-trade infrastructure.
Ang Singapore Exchange (SGX) at ang state-owned investment firm na Temasek Holdings ay nag-anunsyo noong Biyernes ng isang joint venture na naglulunsad ng isang digital asset business na tumutuon sa mga produkto ng capital market.

- Sinabi ng SGX na gagamitin nito ang kaalaman ng Temasek sa Technology ng blockchain para sa digital asset business na nagtutustos ng mga produkto tulad ng mga bono gamit ang mga smart contract, ledger, at mga teknolohiya ng tokenization.
- Ang bagong pakikipagsapalaran ay tututuon sa mga capital Markets, at ang mga kumpanya ay naghahanap na makipagsosyo sa mga platform ng pag-isyu ng fixed income para sa kanilang imprastraktura pagkatapos ng kalakalan.
- Noong Setyembre 1, SGX inihayag nakipagsosyo ito sa HSBC at Temasek upang makumpleto ang una nitong pilot digital BOND para sa negosyong pagkain at agrikultura na Olam International.
- Sinabi ng SGX na ang digital asset issuance at depository platform nito ay ginamit para mag-isyu ng apat na digital bond ng ilang issuer ng mahigit S$1 bilyon (humigit-kumulang US$753 milyon).
- “Ang maagang tagumpay sa aming digital BOND issuance platform ay nagbigay daan para sa SGX na gumawa ng mas malaking paglipat sa mga digital asset, at kami ay nasasabik na dalhin ang aming digital asset business sa susunod na antas sa pakikipagtulungan sa Temasek,” sabi ni Lee Beng Hong, senior managing director, pinuno ng fixed income, currency at commodities sa SGX.
