Globiance Exchange (GBEX) is a financial technology platform that combines a centralized exchange with banking services, payment gateways, stablecoins, and a decentralized marketplace. GBEX is the native utility token for the entire Globiance ecosystem and is used for all transactions and fees on Globiance platforms worldwide. It is a third-generation, deflationary exchange token based on the XinFin XDC Network, a 3rd generation blockchain protocol.
The GBEX token is used for various purposes within the Globiance ecosystem:
Fee Payment: GBEX tokens are used to pay fees on the Globiance exchange platforms and crypto processing gateways globally. Liquidity Pools and Governance: GBEX is used for running liquidity pools on the network and for governance votes to determine resource allocation and development of the token. Rewards and Incentives: Holders of GBEX tokens benefit from a deflationary mechanism where 2% of every transaction is distributed as rewards. Additionally, the token offers staking options with up to 10% APY and is involved in a referral system where users can earn lifetime rewards.
Globiance was established in 2018. The founders are Irina La Rosa, Oliver Marco La Rosa, Alexander Pfau, and Sascha La Rosa. Oliver Marco La Rosa, with over 13 years of experience in banking technology, has been pivotal in shaping the platform. Globiance has a core team of directors across the world and employs over 150 people on five continents.
