BreederDAO (BREED) was a DAO dedicated to producing high-quality digital assets for P2E games and the metaverse. The BREED token enabled governance, asset creation, and staking within the platform. The project was spearheaded by a team of accomplished founders, including Renz Chong, Jeth Ang, and Nico Odulio.

BreederDAO (BREED) was a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) focused on creating high-quality, large-scale, and customisable in-game assets for play-to-earn (P2E) games and the metaverse. It aimed to serve gaming guilds and individual players by producing gaming items like characters, skins, and other in-game tools, facilitating their economies through efficient digital asset manufacturing processes. The DAO leveraged advanced technology and data analytics to optimise asset creation.

The BREED token was the utility and governance token within the BreederDAO ecosystem. Its primary use cases included:

  • Governance: BREED token holders had voting rights to influence key decisions regarding the DAO’s operations, including production strategies, partnerships, and resource allocation.

  • Asset Creation: The tokens were used to access services offered by BreederDAO, such as asset crafting and customisation, leveraging the DAO’s in-house tools for efficient digital item creation.

  • Staking: Users could stake BREED tokens to participate in ecosystem incentives and earn rewards for their contribution to network stability and growth.

BreederDAO was co-founded by:

  • Renz Chong: Chief Executive Officer, with expertise in growth strategy, data science, and machine learning, recognised in Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 in 2022.

  • Jeth Ang: Chief Operating Officer, with a background in e-commerce, logistics, and markets, and experience in cryptocurrency and decentralised finance.

  • Nico Odulio: Chief Technology Officer, a blockchain expert and developer with experience in deploying smart contracts and decentralised applications across multiple chains.
